Aerobics/Exercise to Music

A mix of movement and exercise with some choreography and always the option of high or low impact and high or low intensity. Classes will always include a conditioning element.

Over 50’s Fitness / Exercise to Music

Does not assume lack of fitness but gives more options and adaptations allowing for limited range of movement that may be apparent. 50’s, 60’s and 70’s music is used too!!!!

Stretch, Tone and Relax with Back Care

A fun, informative class without music, concentrating on gentle stretching and toning with some relaxation.

Physical Yoga

Concentrates on improving posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance using the more basic postures of yoga. Adaptations and progressions are always offered.
