Physical Yoga

Concentrates on improving posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance using the more basic postures of yoga. Adaptations and progressions are always offered.

This class is attended by ALL abilities and ages i.e. complete beginners, yoga enthusiasts who have practiced for many years, those who are very fit but lacking flexibility or perhaps have ‘back issues’ that this class may help.

Yoga mats are available, but it helps if you bring your own!
