Stretch, Tone and Relax with Back Care

A fun, informative class without music, concentrating on gentle stretching and toning with some relaxation. Back care plays an important part in this class, so mobilisation, core stability, strengthening and lengthening exercises are included helping to improve posture and body awareness. Leave this class feeling relaxed and energised.

Those with back issues may be helped by this class or Physical Yoga.
